Donna is experienced in advising founders and emerging companies through their lifecycle, ranging from inceptions, contractual structuring and negotiation, financing, acquisitions to other corporate transactions.  She regularly represents strategic clients on a broad range of corporate matters, venture financing and fundraising across a wide range of industries. In addition to her legal practices, she was also a 2x technology company founder with successful exits through acquisition.

Donna is actively involved in the startup community as a mentor for Techstars Startup Weekends. She is also an adjunct professor of Entrepreneurship Law at Loyola Marymount University Los Angeles.
